Retention

The Engineering Physics programs at NMSU tends to attract the top-level New Mexico high-school graduates from pool of diverse ethnic backgrounds. Given the advanced level of many of the incoming freshmen, the program has among the best retention and graduation rates university-wide (Figure 3).
